Our targets
All written quotes will be firm. Normally we will send them to you within three working days; for more complex proposals, e.g. consultancy work, we will agree a timescale acceptable to you.
You will receive invoices within 10 working days of the end of the month in which the service is provided.
Our office will be continuously staffed each working day within the period 08:30 - 17:30. Telephones will be answered promptly and any written queries will be turned around in three working days.
We will only cancel courses if there are insufficient people to make the training effective and will inform you immediately, normally at least five days before the training is due to take place and suggest alternatives.
Any complaints will be acknowledged the same day and you will receive a full reply within 5 working days. If you are not satisfied with the reply, you should contact Mark Dean, Director of PTSC, on 020 7855 8010.

We will actively seek and encourage feedback from our customers on the quality of our service.
Information on our services will be updated and forwarded to you regularly.
PTSC appoint individual Training Consultants to act as customer contact points for specific Management Units/Directorates. They will be available to discuss your needs and will make every effort to meet your requirements, including provision of local or tailored training. If you want to know the name of the dedicated training consultant for your Management Unit/Directorate please contact our Customer Relations Manager on 020 7855 8011.

Our customers: Valuing Your Diversity
In line with our commitment to meet the needs of all our customers, alternative training solutions are offered to those who find it difficult to attend residential courses.
We will also look at running events in alternative formats at our premises and on site, including special arrangements for part-time staff and people with disabilities. If you have difficulty in arranging to attend courses or require special facilities, please contact us so that we can explore options for meeting your needs.
Residential courses are held at hotels or other venues equipped with excellent training facilities. Participants are given a single room with private facilities and full board. Hotels are at least three star standard. Full details are provided with joining information. All buildings have wheelchair access.
For courses at PTSC premises, lasting for one day or more, lunch is provided for delegates.
